The Problem

The prior website was outdated and needed a full rebuild into a clean, traditional, trustworthy hub that clearly communicates the Sisters’ mission, locations, and major church construction progress while supporting donations and ongoing communication.

Strategy

Keep the presentation traditional and simple while making navigation and updates easy: a clear top-level structure (Mother House, Novitiate, India, USA), a dedicated Church Project section for ongoing progress posts and photo updates, and a Contact page that doubles as mission overview, addresses, and newsletter signup, supported by a persistent Donate entry point.

Build Style

Multi-language site structure (English plus multiple language options) Clear primary navigation: Contact, Church Project, Mother House, Novitiate, India, USA “Life in Our Communities” update feed with dated posts (emails, project updates, photo posts) Dedicated Church Project hub linking to progress updates and fundraising messaging Progress photo page documenting the build from November 2025 through February 2026, with a milestone note that by Feb 4 the basement was almost completely built Location pages for Mother House (Vigne di Narni), Novitiate (Narni), India (Servi Domini), and Phoenix (USA) Contact page with congregation overview (founded 1961; founder listed; missions in Italy, India, United States) Contact and outreach paths: main email, mailing address, and email newsletter request address Donate entry point visible in the site header/navigation Performance-conscious interactive map behavior (dynamic map loads only on user activation)

Core Build Features

Custom Brand-Based Layout (No Template Dump), Unlimited Structured Pages (Growth/Enterprise), Mobile & Tablet Responsive Design, Spam Protection & Routing Setup, Basic Metadata Configuration, Analytics Setup, Performance Baseline Optimization, Security Hardening (Advanced), Portal / Account System Setup, Subscription / Membership Logic, Phased Launch Deployment, Documentation & Training

Result Summary

Established a clear, traditional, official hub for updates, community life, and construction progress documentation Centralized donor direction through a consistent “Donate” pathway and church project section Improved communication flow with an email newsletter signup request option Presented the congregation’s global presence and mission in a single, accessible structure (Italy, India, United States)
